PCB rapid prototyping, as the name suggests, refers to the rapid production of PCB samples within the time required by the customer. The customer only needs to send the sampling data to the PCB manufacturer, and the factory can produce the samples in about 8 hours from processing the data to shipment (this plate making speed is usually for relatively ordinary PCB boards). If it is a single panel, it can be shipped in about 4 hours, double-sided board can be shipped in about 8 hours, and four layer PCB boards or more need about 24-48 hours to be shipped, but the process can only be limited to tin spraying or gold deposition. Shenzhen Huashengxin factory will have dedicated personnel to follow up and handle this, but the cost of board making will also be relatively high.
Why is there an urgent fee for PCB sampling
This is easier to understand. If you want to quickly complete the board production in the shortest possible time, that is, urgent sampling, our factory will charge some urgent fees accordingly, because urgent processing is followed up and handled by a dedicated person to ensure that the board is produced within the specified time. If the demand for ordinary board production is not urgent, the factory will not charge additional urgent fees, so it depends on your specific needs. There are 48 hour and 72 hour expedited methods for urgent delivery. If the project is not particularly urgent, we suggest not to do urgent sampling. Ordinary samples can only be produced in about 7 days, which can save some development costs.
